Ihor has significant experience in the corporate sector and has participated in the implementation of large-scale and ambitious projects in the energy sector from both a legal perspective and in the context of developing the necessary regulatory framework for such projects.
The GR (Government Relations) practice is new to the company but is actively developing. This is because the energy sector, although one of the most regulated areas, constantly requires refinement to implement new technical solutions and address regulatory gaps during their application.
We see the GR practice as a tool for our clients, enabling them to articulate their problems, give them a voice, and be heard by representatives of state and legislative authorities. We have the experience and resources to act as a bridge between the practical implementation of projects and the regulatory framework for that implementation.
Our approach involves not only the development of legal proposals but also a comprehensive advocacy process, which includes participation in working groups, communication with key stakeholders, and building a public position for the business. Thanks to a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and market processes, we are ready to help companies effectively influence policy formation and achieve their strategic goals.
