For over 10 years, Olha has been managing construction projects at all stages of implementation—from land and urban planning matters to commissioning. Her expertise goes beyond the legal realm: Olha is deeply involved in developing project documentation, undergoing expert evaluations, working with the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector (USESCS), and managing on-site processes. This allows her to align legal strategy with the actual progress of the project, rather than handling it in isolation.

Olha takes an active part in shaping construction regulations. She chairs the Committee on Regulatory and Legislative Activity of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and is a co-author of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of Ukraine for 2026–2030 in the areas of construction and infrastructure—specifically regarding state architectural and construction control, obtaining building permits, and commissioning facilities. As an expert in industry regulation, she consistently works on legislative initiatives for the construction and reconstruction sectors.

Olha is the creator of the LawBudSpace Telegram channel, which covers legal trends and practical solutions in construction. She is a frequent speaker at specialized industry events and the author of the guide “From Permit to Commissioning”—a step-by-step manual for obtaining construction permits and commissioning facilities, complete with a clear sequence of actions, practical recommendations, and document templates.
