Partners at Altelaw & Sempra Participated in Renewable Wind Ukraine

Olga Savchenko, Senior Partner at Altelaw & Sempra and Head of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association (UWEA), and Ihor Retivov, Partner and Head of the Committee on the Development and Implementation of Energy Storage Systems of the UWEA, participated in the recent Renewable Wind Ukraine event, organized by the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association. This event served as a crucial platform for discussing current trends and challenges in the development of wind energy, energy storage systems, and the electricity market in Ukraine.

Altelaw & Sempra highly values the systematic work of the UWEA, which is focused on sector development and consolidating market participants around a common goal: Ukraine’s sustainable energy transition. We specifically acknowledge the support of the Energistyrelsen and the Embassy of Denmark in Ukraine, who play a vital role in strengthening international partnership in the renewable energy field.

Following the meeting, UWEA representatives had the opportunity to discuss further areas of cooperation with foreign partners—particularly in the development of wind power plants and energy storage facilities, and the improvement of the electricity market in Ukraine.
