The 13th International Judicial and Legal Forum was recently held

Olga Savchenko, Senior Partner at Altelaw&Sempra, delivered a speech on “Sustainability of judicial practice in the energy sector as a key to Ukraine’s recovery”. In her speech, she emphasized the critical role of the judicial system in ensuring stability for the investment climate in the energy sector. Olga Savchenko emphasized that an investor should have a clear understanding of the judicial practice and confidence in protecting its interests.

Group The forum ended with a productive discussion of current trends in judicial protection of business.
