Wins in five court cases

ALTELAW team continues to successfully defend the rights of ‘green’ energy producers in court cases on debt collection

We are pleased to announce another victory in five court cases (cases No. 910/15249/23, No. 910/16069/23, No. 910/4081/24, No. 910/4678/24, No. 910/5971/24) on debt collection from the Guaranteed Buyer for the supplied electricity.
As a result of the cases won, the courts ordered the recovery of the debt and penalties from the Guaranteed Buyer, which are required by law.
These results demonstrate the correctness of the strategy chosen by our litigation team in protecting the rights of our clients in the field of renewable energy.

We are currently working on 5 more cases to protect the interests of renewable energy producers and are doing everything possible to ensure that they receive their money as soon as possible.
