Ivan Fedorin has joined the Altelaw & Sempra team as Counsel within our Construction Practice

Ivan previously held the position of Director of the Legal Department at DIAM (the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine). Working within the core regulatory body for urban development provides an asset that no private practice can offer: an insider’s understanding of how permitting procedures operate, where and why delays occur, and precisely how decisions are formulated within the realm of architectural and construction control.
