Olпa Savchenko, Senior Partner at Altelaw&Sempra, Participated in the Launch of the Solar Step Training Program
Recently, the launch of the Solar Step training program took place, implemented by the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE Graduate Business School) and the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation.
The program is designed to prepare project managers in the renewable energy sector—specialists capable of overseeing the construction of solar power plants and energy storage systems.
Olga Savchenko, Senior Partner at Altelaw&Sempra, participated in the opening of the training program: “The greatest value of this program is not just the knowledge. It’s the community of women who want to learn, act, and transform Ukraine’s energy sector. We often hear that women are emotional. But in the energy sector, that’s even a plus—we react quickly to any voltage fluctuation.”
Fifty participants began their journey in project management, having been selected from hundreds of applications. Ahead of them are four months of intensive training, dozens of practical lectures, and meeting with leading industry experts.
Altelaw&Sempra is proud to be associated with initiatives that are shaping a new generation of specialists—conscious, competent, and inspired.
