On February 18, 2026, within the framework of the “Reconstruction in Action 4.0” Forum-Practicum at the international construction exhibition KyivBuild Ukraine, a pivotal panel discussion titled “Updating Current Building Codes and Standards” will take place.
The session will be moderated by Olga Sydorchuk, Partner at Altelaw & Sempra and Head of the CBU Committee on Legislative and Regulatory Activity.
Organized by the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU) in partnership with Premier Expo, the discussion will focus on the practical aspects of updating State Building Norms (DBN), technical regulations, and the standards that form the legal foundation for the country’s reconstruction.
On the Agenda:
Current amendments to the regulatory framework for construction;
Scientific approaches to infrastructure development;
Next-generation environmental and urban planning standards.
