The Kyiv Commercial Court has issued the first judgment in Ukraine in case No. 910/11863/24, in which it satisfied the claim for recovery of debt from the State Enterprise “Guaranteed Buyer” for services to support the production of electricity from alternative sources under the market premium mechanism.
This victory is an extremely significant step in shaping the court practice in disputes related to the market premium.
